Kolte-Patil Developers Limited (KPDL) has announced its strongest-ever launch performance with its project 'Vyana at The Reserve' in Pune. The project achieved sales exceeding ₹600 crore in just 60 hours, with over 600 apartments booked. This landmark launch reinforces KPDL's leadership in the Pune real estate market and highlights strong customer confidence. The 'The Reserve' project, a premium riverside residential development spread over 20 acres, has a total potential saleable area of 5 million sq ft and an expected Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹4,000 crore.
