Kolte-Patil Q1 FY27 Income Hits Record ₹937 Cr, Adds ₹6000 Cr GDV Projects

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. reported record total income of ₹937 crore for Q1 FY27, driven by completion of 1.27 Mn. Sq. Ft. The company achieved an EBITDA of ₹206 crore with a 22% margin and PAT of ₹146 crore. Pre-sales stood at ₹617 crore, while collections grew 30% YoY to ₹715 crore. Average realization increased by 29% YoY to ₹9,442 per sq. ft. A significant business development milestone was achieved with the signing of six redevelopment projects in Mumbai, estimated at ₹6,000 crore in Gross Development Value (GDV), marking a strategic expansion in the MMR region. The company also launched new projects totaling 0.78 Mn. Sq. Ft. of saleable area.
