Kolte-Patil Q2 FY27 Sales Hit Record ₹1,019 Cr, Up 52% YoY

Kolte-Patil Developers Ltd. reported a strong operational performance for Q2 and H1 FY27. Q2 FY27 sales reached an all-time high of ₹1,019 crore, a 52% increase year-on-year, while H1 FY27 sales also hit a record ₹1,636 crore, up 27% YoY. The company achieved its strongest-ever launch with 'Vyana at The Reserve' in Pune, generating ₹616 crore in sales. Collections for Q2 FY27 grew 33% YoY to ₹795 crore, and H1 FY27 collections were ₹1,509 crore, up 32% YoY. Average realization improved by 10% YoY to ₹8,368 per sq. ft. in H1 FY27. The company also expanded its Mumbai presence by signing six projects with a Gross Development Value (GDV) of ₹6,000 crore.
