Konark Synthetic Ltd Announces Trading Window Closure Until 48 Hours After FY2026 Results

Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Closure of Trading Window Disclosure Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Wednesday, 1st April 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the audited Financial Results for the Year Ended 31st March 2026. This decision is pursuant to the BSE Circular Ref No: LIST/COMP/01/2019-20 dated 2nd April, 2019, and the Company's minimum Standards Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure applies to all directors, officers, and designated employees of the Company. The date of the Board meeting for considering the said audited Financial Results for the Year Ended 31st March 2026 will be intimated in due course.
