Konark Synthetic Ltd Closes Trading Window Until Completion of 48 Hours Post Q4 2025 Results

Konark Synthetic Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window in accordance with the Company’s minimum Standards Code of Conduct under SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. The closure will be effective from Thursday 1st January, 2026 until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st December 2025. This decision has been communicated to all directors, officers, and designated employees of the Company. The date of the Board meeting for considering the said Unaudited Financial Results for the Quarter Ended 31st December 2025 will be intimated in due course.
