Konndor Industries Ltd Shifts Registered Office within Ahmedabad

Konndor Industries Limited has announced a change in its registered office address within the local limits of Ahmedabad, Gujarat. The Board of Directors approved the shift during a meeting held on July 13, 2026. The new address is D-313, Sumel Business Part 1, Indian Textile Plaza, Near Namaste Circle, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad – 380004. This move is within the same Registrar of Company (ROC) and state. The company also clarified that a previous proposal to shift the registered office to Gandhinagar has been withdrawn and is superseded by this current change.
