Kotak Mahindra Bank Sets AGM Date, Record Date for Final Dividend

Kotak Mahindra Bank Limited has announced that its Forty-First Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held on Saturday, August 1, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. IST via Video Conferencing. The bank will also disseminate the AGM notice and Integrated Annual Report 2025-26 in due course. Furthermore, the bank has fixed Friday, July 17, 2026, as the Record Date for determining eligible members to receive the Final Dividend for the financial year ended March 31, 2026, as recommended by the Board.
