Kothari Fermentation Board Approves Unaudited Q1 FY27 Results

Kothari Fermentation & Biochem Ltd announced that its Board of Directors, in a meeting held on August 13, 2026, approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. The company also informed about the re-appointment of Mr. Pramod Kumar Kothari, subject to shareholder approval at the upcoming 36th Annual General Meeting (AGM).
