Kothari Industrial Corp Signs MoUs for Design & Footwear Projects
Kothari Industrial Corporation Ltd has executed two Memoranda of Understanding (MoUs) with Guidance, Government of Tamil Nadu. The first MoU is for establishing a University for Design Education and Upskilling at Hosur with an investment of approximately ₹50 crore. The second MoU is for setting up a non-leather footwear manufacturing factory in Ramanathapuram District by its associate, Phoenix Kothari Footwear Limited, with an envisaged investment of approximately ₹1,000 crore. These MoUs signal significant expansion and investment plans in key sectors within Tamil Nadu.
