Spice Islands Approves MoU with Sriven Enterprises for Packaged Drinking Water

Spice Islands Industries Ltd announced the approval of an Agreement-cum-Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with Sriven Enterprises. This agreement is for the contract manufacturing, filling, packing, and supply of packaged drinking water under Spice Islands' "Rogers" brand. The MoU has an initial term of five years. The company's Board of Directors also decided to adjourn their meeting to August 19, 2026, to finalize the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, due to the need for additional financial information.
