Kotia Enterprises Re-appoints Ajay Rattan & Co. as Statutory Auditors

Kotia Enterprises Ltd has announced the re-appointment of M/s Ajay Rattan & Co., Chartered Accountants, as the company's Statutory Auditors. This decision, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee, was approved by the Board of Directors and will be presented for shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM). The re-appointment is for a consecutive period of five years, commencing from the conclusion of the 46th AGM until the conclusion of the 51st AGM.
