Kotyark Industries Clarifies Dividend Post-Bonus Share Issue

Kotyark Industries Ltd has issued a clarification regarding its final dividend per equity share following a 10:1 bonus share issuance. The Board of Directors had initially recommended a dividend of ₹5 per equity share. Post the bonus issue, which increased the total equity shares from 1,02,79,116 to 11,30,70,276, the dividend per share has been adjusted to approximately ₹0.4545. The aggregate final dividend amount remains unchanged at ₹5,13,95,580. The record date for dividend payment is August 14, 2026. This adjustment ensures that the total dividend entitlement for shareholders remains economically the same, despite the increased number of shares.
