Kovalam Investment & Trading Company Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for promoters, directors, key managerial personnel, designated employees, connected persons, and their immediate relatives. The closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's code of fair disclosure. The trading window will remain closed from Wednesday, April 01, 2026 till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the quarter and financial year ending March 31, 2026. The date of the Board Meeting for the consideration and declaration of the Audited Financial Results will be intimated in due course.
