Kovalam Investment & Trading Company Ltd has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 12, 2026, to consider and approve the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The meeting will take place at the company's registered office in Ludhiana. The company has also informed that the trading window for dealing in the company's equity shares will be closed from January 1, 2026, till the end of 48 hours after the declaration of the results.
