K.P. Energy Appoints Prof. Sunil Kumar Maheshwari as Vice-Chairman

K.P. Energy Limited announced the appointment of Prof. Sunil Kumar Maheshwari as an Additional Director/Whole Time Director, designated as Vice Chairman, for a term of five years, effective July 3, 2026.
