K.P. Energy Recommends ₹0.25 Final Dividend

K.P. Energy Ltd's board, in its meeting on May 7, 2026, recommended a final dividend of 5%, which is ₹0.25 per equity share with a face value of ₹5 each for the financial year 2025-26, pending shareholder approval. The board also approved the standalone and consolidated audited financial results for the quarter and year ended March 31, 2026. Additionally, M/s. K A Sanghavi & Co LLP was appointed as the Internal Auditor, replacing M/s. RHA & Co., and M/s. Nanty Shah and Associates was re-appointed as Cost Auditor for FY 2026-27.
