KPI Green Energy Limited has received a Letter of Intent (LOI) for a 33.6 MW Wind and 33.6 MW AC / 43 MW DC Solar capacity hybrid power project under a Group Captive arrangement. The project, located in Gujarat, will be developed for a reputed customer and has a total capacity of 33.6/76.6 MW DC. The company will establish a Special Purpose Vehicle (SPV) for its development, ownership, and operation. Execution is targeted within 14 months from Stage-2 connectivity, with a latest commissioning deadline of December 31, 2027. The Energy Supply Agreement has a term of 25 years from the Commencement Date. This development strengthens KPI Green Energy's position in the C&I and Group Captive segments and aligns with its strategy for expansion.
