KPI Green Energy Limited has announced the energization of an additional 49.7 MWp under its 250 MW / 350 MWp Solar Power Project (IPP) and 121.8 MWp under its 370 MW / 677 MWp Hybrid Power Project in Gujarat. This brings the cumulative energized capacity to 300.8 MWp for the Solar IPP and 510.7 MWp for the Hybrid IPP. These projects are developed as Independent Power Producers (IPP) under long-term Power Purchase Agreements with Gujarat Urja Vikas Nigam Limited (GUVNL). The expansion of its IPP portfolio, alongside its EPC business, is expected to enhance the company's recurring revenue streams and earnings visibility.

KPI Green Energy Limited has executed a Power Purchase Agreement (PPA) with SJVN Limited for a 300 MW Inter-State Transmission System (ISTS)-connected Wind Power Project. This project, secured through competitive bidding, will operate under a long-term PPA at a fixed tariff of ₹3.64 per unit for 25 years, with power supply commencing within 24 months. This agreement is a significant step in the company's wind energy expansion, strengthening its utility-scale wind portfolio and supporting its goal of building 10 GW of owned IPP capacity by FY32.

KPI Green Energy Limited announced the incorporation of two wholly owned step-down subsidiaries, KPGC Four Private Limited and KPGC Five Private Limited, by its subsidiary Sun Drops Energia Limited. Sun Drops Energia Limited (SDEL), a material subsidiary of KPI Green Energy Limited, has successfully acquired an additional 43,49,560 equity shares of Mavericks Green Energy Limited (DMGEL). This brings SDEL's total acquisition in DMGEL to 1,50,97,320 equity shares, representing 88.37% of DMGEL's total paid-up equity share capital as of October 17, 2026. This development follows previous communications regarding the proposed acquisition and is in line with SEBI Listing Regulations.

KPI Green Energy Ltd has incorporated a new wholly-owned subsidiary, "KPGC Three Private Limited," on October 05, 2026. The subsidiary has an authorized and subscribed capital of ₹1,00,000/- (Rupees One Lakh Only) and is yet to commence business operations. KPGC Three Private Limited is established in the renewable energy sector with the objective of generating, storing, transmitting, and distributing electricity from various sources, including solar, wind, and thermal energy. KPI Green Energy Limited holds 100% shareholding in the newly formed entity, with a cost of acquisition of ₹1,00,000/-.

KPI Green Energy Limited announced that Dr. Alok Das has resigned from his position as Group Chief Executive Officer. His resignation is effective from the close of business hours on October 1, 2026. The company has provided a detailed disclosure as per SEBI regulations. Dr. Das cited personal reasons for his departure and expressed gratitude to the board and colleagues for their support during his tenure.

KPI Green Energy Limited has entered into a binding offer to acquire 100% equity of Alfanar Energy Private Limited (AEPL) and Netra Wind Private Limited (NWPL) for an enterprise value of approximately ₹2,410 crore. This acquisition will add 507.9 MW of operational wind capacity in Gujarat's Kutch wind corridor. The acquired assets have long-term Power Purchase Agreements (PPAs) with Solar Energy Corporation of India (SECI), with approximately 21 years of remaining contracted life. Upon completion, KPI Green's installed Independent Power Producer (IPP) capacity will increase from 1.16 GW to approximately 1.67 GW. The transaction is expected to close by February 28, 2027, subject to customary approvals. This marks KPI Green's first large-scale acquisition and its entry into the wind energy sector.

KPI Green Energy Limited has entered into a binding offer to acquire 100% equity of Alfanar Energy Private Limited (AEPL) and Netra Wind Private Limited (NWPL) for an enterprise value of ₹2,410 Crores. AEPL and NWPL collectively own wind power projects with a capacity of 507.9 MW located in Bhuj, Gujarat. The acquisition aims to expand and strengthen KPI Green Energy's renewable energy portfolio with operating wind power assets. The transaction is subject to definitive agreements and regulatory approvals, with completion expected by February 28, 2027. This move is a cash consideration transaction and is not a related party transaction.

KPI Green Energy Limited has announced receiving a significant work order worth approximately ₹2,025 crore from NACOF Oorja Private Limited (NOPL). The order is for the turnkey Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) of a 500 MW / 550 MWp solar photovoltaic power project. This project is part of a larger 5,000 MW Solar Photovoltaic Power Park being developed by NOPL in Bikaner, Rajasthan. The scope of work includes complete design, engineering, procurement, installation, testing, and commissioning of the solar plant, encompassing civil and electrical systems, transmission lines, and SCADA systems. The project is slated for completion within 12 months from the site handover. This substantial order further solidifies KPI Green Energy's presence in Rajasthan and highlights its end-to-end EPC capabilities in utility-scale solar projects, contributing significantly to its order book and revenue visibility.

KPI Green Energy Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives). The window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement.
