KPI Green Energy: Trading Window Closed for Q2/H1 FY27 Results

KPI Green Energy Ltd announced the closure of its trading window for all Directors, Key Managerial Personnel (KMPs), and Designated Persons (including their immediate relatives). The window will be closed from October 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended September 30, 2026. This action is in accordance with the Company’s Code of Conduct and the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, to prevent insider trading ahead of the financial results announcement. The date for the Board Meeting to consider these results will be announced later.
