K.P.R. Mill Limited has announced the record date for its 23rd Annual General Meeting (AGM) and dividend eligibility. The cut-off date has been fixed as July 20, 2026. The AGM will be held on July 29, 2026, at 02:30 PM IST via Video Conferencing (VC) / Other Audio Visual Means (OAVM). Shareholders eligible to vote electronically and receive the dividend will be determined as of this record date. This intimation is made in accordance with Regulation 42 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulation, 2015.
