KPT Industries Appoints Dr. Nitin Vikas Pai as Non-Executive Director

KPT Industries Ltd. announced the appointment of Dr. Nitin Vikas Pai as a Non-Executive Director, effective May 29, 2026. The decision was made during a Board of Directors meeting held on Friday, May 29, 2026. Dr. Pai, a 52-year-old gastroenterologist and Director at Ruby Hall Clinic, is liable to retire by rotation. He is the nephew of Late Mr. Prakash Kulkarni and Mrs. Prabha Kulkarni, Non-Executive Chairperson. Dr. Pai is not debarred from holding office by any regulatory authority.
