K&R Rail Engineering Appoints Mulam Veeranjaneyulu as CFO

K&R Rail Engineering Ltd. announced the appointment of Mr. Mulam Veeranjaneyulu as the Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Key Managerial Personnel (KMP) effective May 20, 2026. Mr. Veeranjaneyulu brings over 20 years of experience in finance, accounts, taxation, and audit. The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on May 20, 2026. He is not related to any director of the company and is not debarred from holding the office.
