Kratikal Tech to Incorporate Wholly Owned Subsidiary in USA

Kratikal Tech Ltd announced its Board of Directors has approved the incorporation of a wholly-owned subsidiary in Delaware, USA. The subsidiary, tentatively named Kratikal AI Inc. or Kratikal Inc., is a strategic move to expand its international presence. The Board also approved the appointment of Mittal V. Kothari & Associates as Secretarial Auditor and MSMK & Co. as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. The composition of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee was also noted as reconstituted.
