Samvardhana Motherson International Limited has announced the incorporation of MH Supply Chain Limited (MHSCL-US) in Delaware, USA. This entity is an indirect subsidiary, with MHSCL-US being a wholly owned subsidiary of MHSCL JVC Holding Limited, UAE. Samvardhana Motherson International holds a 51% stake in MHSCL, with the remaining 49% held by Hellmann Worldwide Logistics (MESA) Holding Limited. MHSCL-US will focus on providing logistics solutions and supply chain services to the automotive industry, aiming to enhance resilience and efficiency globally. The initial equity share capital will be subscribed in cash.
