Krishna Filament Appoints VCA & Associates as New Statutory Auditors

Krishna Filament Industries Ltd announced the appointment of M/s. VCA & Associates, Chartered Accountants as their new statutory auditors. This decision was approved by the Board of Directors on July 22, 2026, based on the recommendation of the Audit Committee. The new auditors will serve for a period of two years, from the conclusion of the upcoming Annual General Meeting (AGM) until the conclusion of the 40th AGM. The company also disclosed its Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026, along with an Auditor's Limited Review Report issued by the outgoing auditors, M/s. P R Agarwal & Awasthi. The trading window for the company's securities will re-open on July 25, 2026.
