Catalyst Trusteeship Discloses Pledge of KIMS Shares

Catalyst Trusteeship Limited, acting as Debenture Trustee, has disclosed the pledge of 2,80,08,979 equity shares of Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Limited (KIMS). This represents 6.66% of the total share capital. The pledge was made by Bhaskara Rao Bollineni and Bollineni Seenaiah Naidu in favor of Catalyst Trusteeship on behalf of debenture holders. The disclosure was made under SEBI (Substantial Acquisition of Shares & Takeovers) Regulations, 2011.
