KIMS Signs 5-Year O&M Deal with Sarvottam Health Care

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS) has entered into an Operations and Management (O&M) Agreement with Sarvottam Health Care Private Limited (SHPL) in Kakinada, Andhra Pradesh. The agreement is for an initial term of 5 years, with an option for a further 5-year extension, granting KIMS exclusive rights to manage, operate, and control SHPL's hospital. KIMS will receive a revenue fee of 9% of the hospital's Net Revenue. This deal expands KIMS' presence in Andhra Pradesh and leverages SHPL's existing infrastructure, including a 183-bed hospital.
