KIMS Signs O&M and Call Option Agreements with Aurevia Hospitals

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd (KIMS) has entered into an Operations and Management (O&M) Agreement and a Call Option Agreement with Aurevia Hospitals Private Limited (AHPL), formerly Golden Lan Solution Private Limited. The O&M agreement, for an initial term of 5 years with a possible 5-year extension, grants KIMS the exclusive right to manage, operate, and control the Arete Hospitals, which AHPL acquired. KIMS will provide medical services at Arete and is entitled to a revenue fee of 9% of the hospital's total Net Revenue. The Call Option Agreement gives KIMS the option, but not the obligation, to acquire AHPL's business under specified terms. This move expands KIMS' presence in Hyderabad, a region with significant growth potential.
