Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Allots 77 Lakh Warrants to Promoters

Krishna Institute of Medical Sciences Ltd has approved the allotment of 77,02,182 warrants on a preferential basis to its promoters: Dr. Abhinay Bollineni, Mr. Adwik Bollineni, and Bharas Ventures LLP. The company has received ₹1,499,999,944.50, representing 25% of the issue price, for these warrants. The remaining 75% will be payable upon exercise of the conversion rights. These warrants are convertible into equity shares within 18 months. The allotment is expected to increase the promoter and promoter group's shareholding from 32.50% to 33.71% upon full conversion.
