Praruh Technologies Signs Business Agreement with Adtran Networks SE

Praruh Technologies Limited has entered into a business agreement with Adtran Networks SE, a German telecommunications company. Under this agreement, Adtran Networks SE will supply hardware, software products, and related maintenance services to Praruh Technologies. The terms cover ordering, pricing, delivery, licensing, warranty, intellectual property, and confidentiality. The agreement is effective for an initial period of two years with automatic one-year renewals and is conducted in the ordinary course of business on an arm's length basis. There is no promoter interest in Adtran Networks SE.
