Moneywise Financial Services Acquires 1.25% Stake in Praruh Technologies

Moneywise Financial Services Private Limited has acquired 1,74,000 equity shares, representing 1.25% of the total share capital, in Praruh Technologies Limited through open market transactions on July 17, 2026. Prior to this acquisition, Moneywise Financial Services held 6.19% of Praruh Technologies. Following the transaction, their total holding has reduced to 4.94% (6,88,000 shares). The total equity share capital of Praruh Technologies remains at ₹13,93,00,000, divided into 1,39,30,000 equity shares of ₹100 each.
