Kriti Industries India Ltd has announced a Board of Directors meeting scheduled for November 5, 2026. The primary agenda is to consider and approve the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. The meeting will also review the limited review report from the statutory auditors and approve the statement of assets and liabilities and cash flow for the same period.
