Kriti Nutrients Closes Trading Window from Oct 1, 2026

Kriti Nutrients Ltd has announced a closure of the trading window for its shares effective October 1, 2026. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and will remain in effect until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Standalone & Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half-year ended September 30, 2026. During this period, promoters, directors, KMPs, designated employees, and their immediate relatives are advised not to trade in the company's shares. The company will inform the Board meeting date for approving the financial results in due course and will update the designated depository (NSDL) accordingly.
