Kriti Nutrients reappoints auditors and executive directors at AGM

Kriti Nutrients Ltd announced the reappointment of its statutory auditors, M/s M. Mehta & Company, for a term of five years, concluding at the 35th AGM in 2031. Additionally, the company's members approved the reappointment of Mr. Shiv Singh Mehta as Chairman and Managing Director for a three-year term (January 2027 - January 2030) and Mr. Saurabh Singh Mehta as Joint Managing Director for a three-year term (August 2027 - July 2030).
