Kronox Lab Sciences to Acquire Dahej Plant for ₹5000 Sq. Meters

Kronox Lab Sciences Ltd announced that its Board of Directors has approved the acquisition of a manufacturing plant located in Dahej Special Economic Zone. The plant, measuring approximately 5000 Sq. meters, is being acquired from Axiom Chemicals Private Limited. This strategic move aims to expand the company's manufacturing capacity for future growth. The acquisition will be funded through internal accruals via cash consideration. The transaction is expected to be completed within one month, subject to regulatory approvals and definitive agreements. Axiom Chemicals Private Limited is engaged in the chemicals business, and the acquired plant is also involved in chemical manufacturing.
