Krsnaa Diagnostics Closes Trading Window for Insider Trading

Krsnaa Diagnostics Ltd has announced the closure of its trading window for dealing in the company's securities. This closure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, and the company's internal code of conduct. The window will be shut from September 22, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the company's un-audited financial results for the quarter and half-year ending September 30, 2026. All designated persons, including directors, key managerial personnel, employees, promoters, and their immediate relatives, are prohibited from trading in the company's securities during this period. The date of the board meeting to approve these financial results will be communicated separately.
