KSB Ltd Appoints B S R & Co. LLP as New Statutory Auditor

KSB Ltd's Board of Directors, at its meeting on April 30, 2026, accepted the resignation of M/s Price Waterhouse Chartered Accountants, LLP, Pune, as the Statutory Auditor. The resignation was tendered on the same day, citing the management's desire to appoint a firm affiliated with the auditors of their intermediate holding company outside India. The Board noted no concerns raised by Price Waterhouse regarding their resignation. Subsequently, based on the Audit Committee's recommendation and subject to shareholder approval, the Board approved the appointment of M/s B S R & Co. LLP, Chartered Accountants, as the new Statutory Auditor for a five-year term.
