KSE Ltd. to Consider and Approve Q3 Results and Interim Dividend for FY 2025-2026

KSE Ltd. has informed BSE that the meeting of the Board of Directors is scheduled on 14/02/2026. The agenda includes considering and approving the unaudited financial results for the quarter/nine months ended 31° December 2025 and declaration of an Interim Dividend to the equity shareholders for the Financial Year 2025-2026. The record date for the purpose is fixed as Tuesday, February 21, 2026. The trading window for dealing in the Company’s shares is closed from 1% January 2026 and shall re-open 48 hours after the announcement of the said financial results is made public.
