Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd May Sell 'Publishing and Sale of Educational Books' Business Segment

Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd's Board of Directors have considered and deliberated upon a proposal for the potential sale of the Company's 'Publishing and Sale of Educational Books' business segment, comprising 100% of the undertaking, on a slump sale basis for a lump sum consideration. The Board noted that discussions and negotiations with a prospective buyer are ongoing and the proposal is at an advanced stage of negotiation. The Board has authorized the management to continue negotiations with the prospective buyer and to finalize the commercial terms. The proposed transaction, if materializes, will be subject to necessary approvals of the Board of Directors, shareholders of the Company and such statutory/regulatory authorities as may be applicable.
