Kuberan Global Edu Solutions Ltd. has informed the BSE that their Board of Directors will meet on 02/03/2026 to consider and approve the sale of the 'Publishing and sale of educational books' segment on a slump-sale basis for a lumpsum consideration. The trading window for dealing in securities of the company will be closed for designated persons till the end of 48 hours after the announcement of the outcome of the Board Meeting.
