Kunststoffe Industries Closes Trading Window for Insiders

Kunststoffe Industries Limited has announced the closure of its trading window for designated persons and their relatives. This closure will be effective from July 1, 2026, until 48 hours after the declaration of the Unaudited Financial Results for the first quarter ended June 30, 2026. This measure is in compliance with SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015. Additionally, as per SEBI circular dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of designated persons will be frozen for trading in the company's equity shares during this period.
