Kunststoffe Industries Ltd Closes Trading Window for Designated Persons Until After Q4 2026 Results

Kunststoffe Industries Limited has announced the closure of the trading window for dealing in securities of the Company for Designated Persons and Relatives of Designated Persons, effective from Wednesday, April 1, 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of Audited Financial Results for the year and twelve months ended March 31, 2026. This decision is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015, circulars issued by the stock exchanges, and the Company's Code of Conduct. The date of the Board Meeting for the said Results will be informed to the Stock Exchanges in due course. Additionally, in line with the SEBI circular no. SEBI/HO/ISD/ISD-PoD-2/P/CIR/2023/124 dated July 19, 2023, the PAN of Designated Persons of the Company will be frozen by the Designated Depository for trading in Equity Shares of the Company during the trading window closure period.
