Nabha Power Seeks Promoter Reclassification from L&T Technology Services

L&T Technology Services Limited has received a request from Nabha Power Limited (NPL) to re-classify NPL from the 'Promoter Group' to the 'Public' category. This request follows the cessation of NPL as a subsidiary of L&T Power Development Limited, a subsidiary of Larsen & Toubro Limited. The change occurred due to the transfer of NPL's equity to Torrent Power Limited. NPL asserts it meets all SEBI Listing Regulations for re-classification. The company's Board of Directors will consider this request at its upcoming meeting.
