Switching Technologies Gunther: Promoter Reclassified, New Management Takes Control

Switching Technologies Gunther Limited's Board of Directors approved the reclassification of Guenther America Inc. from Promoter to Public category following a change in management and control. This change was triggered by a Share Purchase Agreement and a successful Open Offer, resulting in M/s. Touristas Horizons Private Limited, M/s. BBU Enterprises Private Limited, and Mr. Nikhil Pujari collectively acquiring 58.27% of the company's equity. Consequently, resignations of the CFO and several directors were accepted, and committee compositions were reconstituted. The company also approved the establishment of a new corporate office in Kolkata and the shifting of its registered office within Chennai.
