Switching Technologies Gunther Limited's Board of Directors approved the shifting of its registered office within Chennai. The company also noted the reclassification of Guenther America Inc. from 'Promoter' to 'Public' category following a change in management and control. This change resulted from the acquisition of 37.63% equity by Touristas Horizons Private Limited, BBU Enterprises Private Limited, and Nikhil Pujari. The Board accepted resignations of the CFO, several directors, and the Managing Director, who will continue as a Non-Executive Director. A new corporate office in Kolkata was also approved, along with the reconstitution of board committees.
