Genesis Exports Acquires 45,000 Shares in La Opala RG

Genesis Exports Private Limited, along with Persons Acting in Concert (PACs), has acquired 45,000 equity shares of La Opala RG Limited. This acquisition, executed off-market on June 3rd and 4th, 2026, slightly increases their total shareholding. Prior to this, Genesis Exports and its PACs held approximately 46.99% of the company's total diluted share capital. After the acquisition, their combined holding stands at 47.03%. The total equity share capital of La Opala RG Limited remains 111,000,000 shares.
