Labelkraft Technologies Ltd. Closes Trading Window for Audited Financial Results

Labelkraft Technologies Ltd. has announced the closure of its trading window for the declaration of audited financial results for the half year and the financial year ended 31st March 2026. This closure is in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 and the company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading. The trading window will be closed from 1st April 2026 till 48 hours after the declaration of the audited financial results. All insiders, including designated persons of the company and their immediate relatives, are advised not to trade in the company's shares during this period. The date of the board meeting for the consideration of the audited financial results will be communicated in due course.
