Ladderup Finance Director Saurabh Sarayan Resigns

Mr. Saurabh Sarayan has tendered his resignation from the position of Non-Executive Director at Ladderup Finance Ltd, effective immediately. The resignation is due to his pre-occupation with other business commitments.
