Lahoti Overseas Ltd. has announced that its Board of Directors will meet on February 13, 2026, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended December 31, 2025. In accordance with the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, and the Company's Code of Conduct for Prevention of Insider Trading, a trading window closure notification has been issued to directors and designated persons from January 01, 2026, to February 15, 2026.
