Lambodhara Textile Reappoints Whole-time Directors

The Board of Directors of Lambodhara Textile Ltd has approved the re-appointment of Mr. Balu Narayanasamy, Mrs. Bosco Giulia, and Mr. Nishanth Balu as Whole-time Directors for a further period of 3 years. The board also approved a dividend of Re.0.50 per equity share of Rs.5/- each (10% on the face value of Rs.5/- each) for the financial year ended 31st March, 2026. Additionally, M/s. C.S.Hanumantha Rao & Co. were re-appointed as Cost Auditors and Mrs.K.V.Anandhi as Internal Auditor for FY 2026-27. Cameo Corporate Services Limited was appointed as the new Registrar to an issue and Share Transfer Agent.
